The blend contains green tea, mint, cinnamon, licorice, rooibos, tulsi, gymnema sylvestre, moringa, lemongrass and ginger, with no artificial flavours, no preservatives and no artificial sweeteners. It has moderate caffeine from the green tea, so it is not suitable for children under 12.

Steep 1–2g of tea (about a spoonful) in boiled water for 3–5 minutes, strain, and drink it hot on an empty stomach before breakfast, without milk. Store it in an airtight pouch in a cool, dry place.
